Related Passages in Galatians and Acts
In the table below I have listed my sense of how various passages in Acts and Galatians are related. I have also listed some key events that are only in one or the other of the two books. I have picked consensus dates from various scholars who hold to approximately my position or I have interpolated dates from the more established dates. I may revise this table as I do more studying of this issue.
I have made some assumptions that impact how one would relate these two books:
- Paul wrote this letter before the Jerusalem Council
- Paul wrote to the churches in South Galatia
- There are no factual errors in either book
